This is mainly because of transport damage, storage conditions and poor preparation pre-delivery.

Most cars will have some swirl marks, tar spots or polishing holograms and instead of removing those imperfections dealerships will mask/fill them by glaze/polish and most probably will offer you a lifetime protection package for the significant sum of around £350 - £650 but that lifetime guarantee is not worth the paper it’s written on, and there are many unhappy customers all over internet car forums

  • Transport wraps and tapes safely removed (where required)
  • The engine bay safely washed and protected
  • Wheels cleaned(wheel face, backs & inners)  with non acid wheel gel
  • Lower half of vehicle, door shuts and wheel arches pre-rinsed with a citrus wash
  • Tar and glue spots removed
  • Paintwork covered in snow foam
  • Multi stage wash process using lamb’s wool mitt and two bucket wash method
  • Vehicle dried with plush microfiber drying towels
  • Paintwork clayed to remove fallout, tree sap & environmental contaminates
  • A single stage machine polish, to remove fine swirls
  • Pre - wax cleanser applied to all exterior surfaces
  • High quality sealant or high grade carnauba wax applied to all painted surfaces
  • Interior vacuumed and all fabric treated with fabric guard
  • Leather cleaned and carefully conditioned
  • Windows cleaned inside and out
  • Windscreen treated with rain repellent treatment
  • Exterior plastics and rubber trim cleaned and conditioned
  • Alloy wheels sealed with wheel sealant and tyres conditioned
